Scott Manor

Scott Manor Senior Apartments is located at 2131 Chambers Road in St. Louis, Missouri.  The 50,000 S.F., three-story building was constructed from a panelized wood frame structure on concrete foundations.  The exterior is comprised of masonry veneer, fiber cement siding, a TPO roof, and Energy Star vinyl windows.  The units have energy efficient heating and cooling systems, Energy Star rated light fixtures and water conserving plumbing fixtures.  The site required extensive soil export and included the construction of a new entry road and two retaining walls. Scott Manor has 42 two-bedroom apartments, abundant community and common space and two commercial bays on the first floor.  Roanoke Construction achieved more than 40% MBE/WBE participation at both the subcontractor ownership level and boots on the ground labor.  As a Section 3 contractor, Roanoke achieved 100% Section 3 participation on the project.
