From its founding in 2012, Roanoke Construction has focused on community revitalization, supportive and affordable housing, sustainable building practices, and a robust program of MBE/WBE participation among its subcontractors and suppliers. Roanoke recruits and retains a diverse team of professional and field staff and is committed to hiring community members from the neighborhoods it builds in throughout the state of Missouri and beyond.
We continue to provide financial support for a broad array of not-for-profit organizations and advocacy groups that support our mission. A partial list of groups we have provided financial support to are listed below.
In addition to our direct corporate donations, we are working to support our staff in their own personal commitment to the community. Roanoke has established a program to match donations made by individual staff annually up to $1,000. In addition to this financial support, each staff member has also been awarded a bank of community service hours (8) annually so that they might participate in a service project/s for either a full day or 2 half-days. We look forward to continuing and expanding our commitment to our community as we grow.
