Hunt House

The former Hunt House located in Normandy, Missouri was purchased in 2012 to serve as the company headquarters for Roanoke Construction.  Originally built in 1904 to house the family of Wilson Price Hunt, the building was placed on the National Historic Register in 1980.  It has now been converted into office space which boasts three original stained glass windows, six original refurbished fireplaces, the original wood windows on the primary elevations and historic replacement windows on the secondary elevations.  Renovations include the addition of an ADA compliant restroom and entry ramp, a new parking lot, new kitchen, refinishing of the wood floors and the original wood trim and doors, painting throughout the interior and exterior, new HVAC systems and new roofing.
