The six-story concrete building is located in Bonner Springs, Kansas, and is home to 76 affordable senior housing units. The property was renovated in 2018 at a cost of $2.2 million. The construction work was conducted with residents remaining in on site throughout the effort. The improvements included plumbing and electrical upgrades, as well as unit improvements designed to accommodate changing trends. Five of the units were also made fully ADA compliant. A new, accessible parking area and covered patio were built, and the lobby, community kitchen, and leasing office were all updated as well.
