This four-story concrete building is home to 60 one-bedroom affordable apartments for seniors in Blue Springs, Missouri – just outside of Kansas City. Completed in 2018, a $5.4 million improvement project was executed in a phased process, with residents relocated within the building while the construction work was performed. Updates were made to all major building systems, with aesthetic improvements made across the board as well. Six of the units were made fully ADA compliant and a new community room, lobby, and entrance vestibule were added.
