Larry Mangels

Chief Financial Officer

After graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Accounting and gaining a few years of work experience, Larry earned his MBA from St Louis University. His career has spanned both the manufacturing and construction industries, with a focus working in local, publicly traded companies. Larry developed a passion for the construction industry while serving as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Insituform Technologies, a specialty contractor in the sewer rehabilitation industry.

As the CFO for Roanoke, Larry will work closely with the senior management and operations teams in developing timely and accurate reporting, financial planning and forecasting, asset and risk management and all associated project financials.

In addition to his work with Roanoke Construction, Larry is also a member of the Construction Finance Management Association and a tried-and-true Cardinals fan.
