Josephine is a financial controller personally dedicated to the advancement and enrichment of the community through a valuable understanding of finance and its role in real estate. Growing up in St. Louis she gained a deep insight into the different community developments in the region which pushed her towards a career in business with a focus on accounting. After receiving a bachelor’s degree and her Realtor® license, she joined Roanoke Construction in 2018.

As Controller of Roanoke, Josephine focuses on the accounting aspects of project management and human resources for the company. Day-to-day, she is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, payroll, and other duties.

She enjoys the positive community relationships she’s made through her participation with many community outreach programs and Boys and Girls Club organizations around the St. Louis area. Josephine promotes stronger communities by connecting with the youth through sports and educational experiences. She sets an example of what can be achieved when the center of attention is on the complete growth of the community through diversity, equity and inclusion.
