Hawthorne Place Apartments Renovations Underway
Kevin Buchek and I (and all of us at Roanoke Construction) could not be more excited to finally get underway on this very complex, tenant-in-place matrixed rehabilitation of Hawthorne Place Apartments with our partner Preservation of Affordable Housing and their management arm POAH Communities. Hawthorne is a shining example of how “Section 8” housing can work, and is a critical housing resource for Independence and the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.
