Courtney discovered her interest in construction while attending Missouri University of Science and Technology to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. There, she assisted in the design and construction of a fully solar-powered home, sealing her desire to shift gears and pursue her passion for construction management.

As an experienced Project Engineer, Courtney has worked on many healthcare and education projects across the Midwest, assisting with the successful completion of multi-million-dollar new construction assignments and complex, existing building renovations. As a member of the Roanoke Construction team, she is excited to now be applying her knowledge to improve the nation’s affordable housing options.

Courtney is adept at applying engineering concepts to project planning and execution, reducing errors as a result of this attention to detail. She is focused on building strong relationships with her clients, the design team, and all trade partners by being diligent, communicative, and transparent throughout the life of the project. Courtney is a firm believer that by operating as one team, united with the same goal, each project will achieve its greatest potential for success.
