Tiesha is a determined individual with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with various people (e.g. owners, end users, contractors, vendors, and staff). Tiesha started her career in 2016 as Project Engineer assisting Project Managers with managing schedules and budgets on various commercial and industrial projects. The project sites were located in Ohio, Kansas and Missouri. In addition, she gained experience as a Safety Engineer implementing safety policies and procedures.
Tiesha also expanded her Project Engineer experience in the healthcare industry on a ground-up 260,000 SF hospital and 100,000 SF medical office building at Barnes-Jewish West Hospital in Creve Coeur, MO. After completing the hospital and medical office building, Tiesha successfully managed suite renovation projects within the adjacent medical office buildings. As she approaches her 5th year in the industry, Tiesha has been able to successfully achieve the Project Engineer role.
Tiesha has been an active member with Construction Career Development Initiative since 2018 and with National Society of Black Engineers since 2014. Her education includes Missouri University of Science and Technology in Civil Engineering and she currently attending Webster University pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration.
