Keith Jones

Project Manager

Keith began his construction career in high school as laborer for his grandparent’s family-owned renovation and remodeling company. After graduating high school, he joined the carpenters union as an apprentice. It was during this time Keith decided that his true passion was in construction management leadership, later returning to his grandparents’ renovation and remodeling company as a superintendent. As superintendent he was responsible for leading all field operations.

During the great recession Keith was presented an opportunity to work for the Urban League as an Energy Auditor and Director of Field Services for their Weatherization Program. During his tenure at the Urban League Keith played a major role in the successful management of the organization’s $19 million-dollar American Recovery & Reinvestment Act grant. This was, and still is, the largest grant received by the Urban League for weatherizing low-income homes in the city of St. Louis. In this role he was responsible for the day to day management of the weatherization energy auditors and crews.

As a Project Manager for Roanoke Construction, Keith’s primary focus is the successful management, through opening, of each construction project under his purview. For each project, Keith’s primary goal is to develop trust and strong lines of communication among all project stakeholders. From his years of experience working in the field as a laborer, to providing schedule and budget updates to board members at the Urban League, he holds a unique ability to understand what is important to the various project team members and consistently manages his projects to achieve these goals.
